You may cancel a booking free of charge by contacting Sri Lanka Cab Service through their hotline at +94 (0) 77 38 710 38 and confirming the cancellation verbally during the call or by sending an email to email@example.com, mentioning your booking reference number.
Sri Lanka Cab Service reserves the right to cancel a booking with limited or immediate notice in certain circumstances. If we notify you of the cancellation 24 hours or less before the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund of all monies already paid in respect of the booking.
If the vehicle and driver are not present at the designated pickup location at the agreed pickup time or if the journey is not completed as per the booking agreement, you may apply for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have fulfilled your obligations as outlined in the terms and conditions.
To initiate a refund claim, you should send a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org, providing the booking reference mentioned in the confirmation email and including all relevant details and circumstances leading to the refund claim. It is important to submit the claim within 14 days of the scheduled pickup time.
If your refund claim is accepted, please allow up to 7 working days for the refund transaction to be processed.
Please note that Sri Lanka Cab Service is not obligated to process any refund claims that are not submitted in writing to email@example.com within 14 days of the scheduled pickup time.
